Finding the ideal beach is simple along 30A when there are so many options. Along its 26 miles of coastline, South Walton features more than 50 spots where you may access the beach and the sea. Check ahead of time before visiting, as access options differ. From March to October, lifeguards are on duty at numerous local beaches during the peak vacation season.
During the summer, lifeguards are present at Inlet Beach Regional Access, along with parking and facilities. Two hundred yards or so south of US Highway 98, at the end of South Orange Street.
With three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces, Inlet Beach Regional Access is the biggest county access. Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park can be reached by walking for half a mile to the east.
