Sand Dunes Strength & Conditioning is located just South of the 331 bridge.  They provide weight loss coaching, high-level weight lifting and personalized fitness solutions for athletes of all ages. Two massage rooms are available at the facility offering massage, cupping therapy, and heat therapy, and are offered from SoWal Elite Massage.
